Consultations for Weight Loss $165.00

You'll start with an in-depth visit with our Nurse Practitioner. A full fasting 19-lab panel will be done.
In 2 weeks, you will come back for lab results. This is done to address any issues that can affect your weight loss goals and correct any deficiencies you may have.
Once complete, we will compile a wellness program to help you meet your personal weight loss goals and any health issues. This includes our medical weight loss program, our app, and pharmaceutical grade supplements and vitamins.
